This course is for all women who want to release negative energy and trauma through hip movements. But that’s not all - you will also learn a hot or a sensual hip-movements choreography and discover the true power of your hips.

In this course, everything revolves around learning and perfecting a choreography. Step by step, over five sessions, we will work together on an exciting routine that can be recorded at the end if you wish. It’s not just about technique – it’s also about developing your charisma and stage presence, and performing confidently in high heels.

I offer workshops that usually last around two to three hours. Together we don’t just learn a choreography – we also take time to stretch, do energy work, and strengthen our sense of self-worth. Each workshop is a holistic experience, where dance connects with personal growth. I also invite other dancers and choreographers to join and share their inspiration.
